Tornado has an assembly line and further assembly stations for various applications, e.g. door drives. Our employees assemble up to 400 drives every day. These consist of components manufactured in-house and purchased parts.
Through order picking on flow racks, we have a product-specific parts feed system at our disposal. The optimal complement is a special screwdriver and other equipment to optimize assembly time and quality.
Various quality checks are integrated into the assembly process.
Production: Made-to-Measure
The assembly lines can be converted to other gearbox types within a short time. For this only the workpiece carriers have to be adapted.
Our employees assemble small quantities and drives for special applications manually on the workbenches.
