Your career at Tornado
Tornado is a successful manufacturer of gearboxes and geared motors with over 100 years of tradition. However, the real "gears" of Tornado are its employees. We are convinced: without our competent staff, not even the smallest gear would turn at Tornado. That is why we create working conditions that provide security for both professional and personal development, while simultaneously offering room for innovation.
We encourage and demand continuous development, offering extensive individual opportunities for skill enhancement as well as further education and training. At Tornado, taking the initiative is rewarded and pays off—resulting in expert know-how and attractive professional perspectives. To ensure our employees remain at the forefront of technical advancements, we organize dedicated training sessions.
