ASI designs, engineers and assembles all gear drives and has earned a reputation for problem solving and delivery of maximum performance and efficiency in compact packages.
ASI's differential drives are the industry standard for enclosed performance. Our designs range from light to heavy-duty applications and are designed for equipment up to one ton. From the heavy-duty MARK 600 to the versatile MARK 400, all of our differential drives offer outstanding performance and endurance for maximum value.
Mark 400
The MARK 400 is the industry standard for medium duty electric differential drives. ASI was the first to design and sell a fully enclosed differential drive and it is our most versatile product sold in all of our markets. The differential drive motor has various mounting options and offers multiple motor, gear and brake options. It is suitable for outdoor use.
Mark 500
The MARK 500 is the industry standard for heavy-duty single-gear electric differentials. ASI was the first company to design and sell a fully enclosed differential and it is sold in all our markets. The MARK 500 is available with a 19:1 gear ratio and up to 25mm axles and ball bearings. The differential offers multiple motor and brake options and is suitable for outdoor use.
Mark 600
The MARK 600 is the industry standard for heavy-duty two-speed electric differential drives. ASI was the first to design and sell a fully enclosed differential drive and it is sold in all our markets. The transaxle drive motor has various mounting options and offers multiple motor, gear and brake options. It is suitable for outdoor use.
