We supply both the world market leaders of stairlift manufacturers and many leading local companies. Each drive solution is 100% customised to the customer's requirements.
Differences in application and design
The selection of the drive or drive system is absolutely crucial for each individual stairlift, because the drive determines how the stairlift moves. Different stair lifts and thus different drives are required for different requirements, for example for indoor and outdoor areas or for angled staircases.
Curved Lifts
When it has to go around the corner, as in the case of spiral staircases, a curve lift is used. The lift rail follows every staircase curve - so even several storeys can be crossed without any problems. However, this rail system requires individual production, as every angle must be taken into account. For curved lifts, we are developing TY or TW products.
Straight Lifts
In comparison to curved lifts, stair lifts for straight staircases (also known as straight stairlifts) can be manufactured in a standardised way - only the rail length is adapted to the respective staircase length. Our TW products are optimal for straight stairlifts and can be configured according to customer specifications.
Our special solutions for stairlifts:
TW - Worm Gear
The TW product belongs to the right-angle gearboxes and is based on a single-stage worm gearbox with DC motor (both brushed and brushless) and holding brake.
TY - Worm / Spur Gear
The TY product belongs to the two-stage right-angle gearboxes and is based on a worm spur gearbox with DC motor (both brushed and brushless) and holding brake.
TC - Special Gearbox
In addition, we offer special gearbox under the TC classification
